The L.A.B. (Little Auditorium in the Back) is a 100 seat all-ages, non-smoking, non-drinking performance venue / recording studio located in the back portion of the Seattle Drum School of Music.

The Slab is our 2nd all-ages music venue located at the Georgetown Seattle Drum School branch, just off I-5. Its name stems from the fact that the building, built in 1905, originally housed the Georgetown Funeral Home.

The Slab is the section of the building originally used as the chapel. The room has great acoustics and is known for its cool vibe and warm atmosphere. It seats 60, has full lighting and sound systems, and convenient access to a kitchen. It’s used by local bands for weekend shows as well as for Seattle Drum School student showcases and special educational events. The Slab can also be rented for parties and special occasions.
