Hello Seattle Drum School students and parents,
Our recording workshop is back!
Check out the details below:
Seattle Drum School's recording workshop curriculum is designed to educate students in all
aspects of recording session procedures and technologies. This includes the initial
preparation stages of equipment setup and pre-production, through the multi-track recording
process to mixing. This program provides our students with a combination of
lectures and studio experience, and it is in the studio where Recording Workshop students
will spend all of their time with an emphasis on hands-on experience! Although recording
and mixing music is the main activity, our students will also improve their skills in other
important areas of audio engineering such as editing and live sound (mixing front of the house and monitors).
No previous experience is required, however, even students with some audio engineering background
will find this program challenging and very beneficial.
